Return & Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders)

We work very hard to curate and source best products in the market. We are happy to accept returns irrespective of the reason and make the entire process as smooth as possible. The reason could be as silly as “I have changed my mind’. We would want our customers to accept our products with love and not out of compulsion

A customer proceeding with return or exchange adhering to the following conditions can either claim refund or request for store credit which can be redeemed within a year or exchange it with another product from our collection.

Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded (forward & reverse shipment) if it is a return request. We will bear the reverse shipment charges if it is an exchange request. It takes approximately 5 to 10 working days for any returned product to reach us, after it reaches us, we will then initiate the next steps (store credit, exchange or refund)

  1. Defective Package - If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Please do apply for return using the link https://thenmozhidesigns.com/apps/return_prime The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost
  2. Defective Product - If you receive any defective product, do raise a return immediately using this link https://thenmozhidesigns.com/apps/return_prime Please do upload snapshot of the defect. We will either replace the product or process credit note or refund the invoice value
  3. Timeline for Return/Exchange Request - Return/Exchange request should be raised within 10 days of receiving the product (Including the delivery day). Any request beyond this time period will not be accepted
  4. Approval – Once the return/exchange request is processed, you will receive an approval mail from us within 2 working days
  5. Time of Pick up - The product will be picked within 5-7 days from the date of approval. Incase we do not have pick up service available at customer’s location, customer has to self-ship the product. In case of self-shipping, Rs 100 will be reimbursed to the client (only if it is an exchange request and not a return request. Reverse shipping charges will not be reimbursed if it is a refund request)
  1. Product Condition - The items should be unused and unwashed 
  2. Packaging - The product should have the original packaging along with the cloth bag and invoice
  3. Tracking of Return Package – You can track the package in transit with the tracking link sent via mail. You will be notified by us, once we receive your shipment
  4. Quality Check - Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team
  5. Refund – Once the quality check is through, refund to source account will be initiated within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the package. The amount refunded will be only for the products (forward shipping charges will not be refunded). Reverse shipment charges will be deducted from the product value and the net amount will be credited in customers account within 5 to 7 working days. Reverse shipment charges will be the same as forward shipment charges. If a return is partially returned, reverse shipment charges will be calculated accordingly. (Alternatively, customer can choose to send the package at their own cost which will not be reimbursed). Please do reach out to us if money is not credited within the above-mentioned timeline
  6. Exchange - If the customer wants to exchange the product ordered with another product of higher price, we will send a link for the differential payment. Once the payment is made, we will ship the product. If the exchange is with a product of lesser price, we will ship the product and the differential amount will be refunded back. Tracking link will be sent for the exchanged product via mail
  7. Frequency of Exchange – Exchange is possible only once. If the customer opts to exchange the product the 2nd time, customer has to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges
  8. Store Credit - After receiving the returned product, we will provide you a store credit amounting the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order. You can use the store credit code with a validity of 1 year for any product listed on our website. The store credit will have been emailed to you on the email id with which you shopped on our website. Please check the junk/spam folder too. You can use the store credit/credit note upon checking out. Please insert the code in “gift card or discount code” section and select apply.

 

Return & Exchange Policy (International Orders)

  1. In case the customer intends to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges will have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  2. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges (forward & reverse shipment) are non-refundable
  3. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at mail@thenmozhidesigns.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
  4. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers
