We work very hard to curate and source best products for you. We are happy to accept returns irrespective of the reason and make the entire process as smooth as possible. The reason could be as silly as “I have changed my mind’

 We would want our customers to accept our products with love and not out of compulsion.

Domestic Orders

 We can either refund as a store credit or process refund or exchange it with another product from our collection.

How do I return a product?

Initiating a return

Message us in Instagram or write to us at mail@thenmozhidesigns.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photo (if defective) and the reason for return. If it is later than this, write to us and let’s work together to see what we can do

Reverse Shipping

  • Once we are notified, we provide reverse pickup at select pin codes. In this case shipment is expected to reach back to us within 10-15 days. Let us know if the courier company is delaying pickup. Pickup will be attempted twice. If courier company is unable to pick up after two attempts, client becomes responsible to ship it back to us
  • Self-courier - In some pin codes due to lack of serviceability by our courier partner, client would need to courier back to us. Rs 100 will be paid via Gpay for couriering the shipment


You can write to us or send message via instagram about the new product to be swapped with. Differential amount if any due to price to the swapped product on either side should be settled

Condition Check

To be eligible for a refund / exchange we must receive the product in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packing  with folds intact. The shipment is client’s responsibility until it reaches back to us (Condition check)


Once the condition check turns good, product cost including shipping charges paid by the client will be refunded to source.  The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction

Refund will reflect in the source between 1 to 3 days from the date of approval of return request after doing the condition check on receipt of the

If there are any issues in refunding it to the source, then we will resort to alternate methods like Gpay

International Orders

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  3. If incase you want to return the products , the shipping , customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer.Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable
  5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at mail@thenmozhidesigns.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
  6. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers
