Please check our size chart before ordering. If you still face fitting issues, we can process a return and issue store credit; you can reorder using that credit.

We’re currently an online-only brand based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We customize blouses only. We do not customize salwars or sarees.

We don’t deal in ready-to-wear sarees. We offer blouse stitching for sarees purchased from us and for fabric you send (we do not source fabric).

We photograph under standard lighting; minor variations may occur due to displays and the handmade nature of products.

You’ll receive an email (and WhatsApp message) with your order number, items, and amount paid.

Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, select wallets, and direct deposit (processed via secure payment gateway).

Flat ₹100 for domestic orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

No money refunds. Eligible returns/exchanges are issued as lifetime store credit after QC.
