Can I order through Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook?
Unfortunately, we do not accept orders through them. Your order needs to be placed through the website only.

What do I do if I face size fit issues?
We recommend you to first check our size chart before placing an order. In case you do face any fitting issues we can surely exchange it for you.

We are only an online brand based out of Chennai, India at the moment.

Are the sarees ready to wear and the blouses stitched?
We do not deal with any ready to wear sarees & stitched blouse. The blouses come as unstitched fabric only. Please refer to the product description to know if the blouses are attached or comes separately

Are the products shown on the website accurate?
Products on our website are handloom. They are photographed meticulously to ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor/mobile phone screen/laptop etc. and the actual product. However, since these are mostly handloom products there could be very minor changes.

How do I find a product on the website?
Website is hiearched in a way to shop easily with reference to fabrics, techniques. colour etc. You can also use filters to find the relevant products.

How can I find out about the details about the product sizing,
material and colour?
All the products listed on our website have detailed product descriptions. On the product page, you can find size charts, available product sizes, material, colour and wash care instructions.

What is ‘My Account’?
From my account, you can access all the information related to your order(s). It gives you complete control to do the following: Edit your personal information like Name, Address, Email & Contact Number. Keep track of your order history, order status & Store Credit (if any)

Is it necessary to create an account to shop on Thenmozhi
Designs?
No, an account creation is not necessary to shop on Thenmozhi Designs. But we do recommend you to have yourself registered with us to keep track of your orders history and store credits.

How to create an account?
To register, click on the ‘Profile’ icon to create your account. Alternately, you can create one while during checkout also.

How to reset the password?
To reset your password, please click on “Forgot Password” option available in the Account/Login page. Enter the email address and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.

How do I know once my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive a WhatsApp message confirming the same.

Do you take orders over the phone, Instagram or any other
platform?
We do not take orders over the phone or any other channels other than the website

order?

What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order. It tentatively takes 2 to 4 business days for a domestic shipment & 5 to 8 business days for an international shipment to be delivered from the date of dispatch
Same delivery is available for Chennai only on business days and serviceable pin codes if orders are placed before 2pm else it will be shipped the next business day. Any unforeseen delays in shipments transits are beyond our control and would appreciate your patience. We would definitely try our best to get your shipment delivered asap -
How are orders placed delivered to me?
Once the order is placed, we ship the order through Blue Dart or DTDC. These partners are reputed, logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email and a WhatsApp message informing you the details of courier partner and the tracking number

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is
placed?
Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us at mail@thenmozhidesigns.com to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.

How to check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, log in to www.thenmozhidesigns.com and go to “My Orders” section under “Account”. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.

Can I pre-order a saree which is sold out?
Unfortunately, we do not take pre-orders. You can click on “Notify When Available” tab to register your WhatsApp number and you will be notified as soon as the product has been restocked.

I am unable to place an order.

I would want to cancel my order?
Sorry, we don't have cancellations with us. In case, if you insist on cancellation, the purchase value will be provided only as Store credit and not as money refunds.

I am an international customer but want delivery in India. Is this
possible?
Yes. It is possible for us to deliver your shipment to India. We would need the complete shipping address along with a local contact number. If the delivery address is of a hotel, would recommend you to give us your personal local contact number which would be reachable at all times.

I am missing an item, what do I do?
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, still in such a case, please reach out to us via Instagram or email with an opening video and pictures so we can check with our dispatch data as well.

What payment options can I use?
For shopping with ease, our website offers you several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, various wallets to pay from and have EMI facility to pay. You may opt to pay using Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking & Direct deposit to our account. If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us with a screenshot of the trouble you are facing

Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are the final prices inclusive of GST and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that.

Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on Thenmozhi Designs
website?
All credit card and debit card payments on Thenmozhi Designs are processed through secure and trusted payment gateway.

What if the amount got debited from my account, but I have not
received any confirmation mail and message?
We ensure that an Order number is confirmed only once we receive the payment from the payment gateway. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn’t have been received by us yet. Do not worry, it generally gets credited to you by the payment gateway in 5-7 working days and you can also send us a mail at mail@thenmozhidesigns.com

What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you can complete the order using a different payment method.

Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges are free for all domestic orders. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the weight and destination of your order.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is placed, Thenmozhi Designs fulfils your order and assigns a shipping partner. After the pickup the tracking number is updated as we receive from the shipper and it will be emailed to you. All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real-time!

What should I do if I miss the delivery?
Kindly ensure you make someone available to receive the package from the shipping partner. The shipper will make a few attempts in case of missing the delivery. If the package is returned to origin, please contact us to get it shipped again upon extra shipping charges.

Why is Cash on Delivery payment option not available?
We operate only on prepaid orders through the website. We don't have Cash on Delivery option with us.

IWhat is your scope of shipping?
We deliver PAN India and across the globe. Free shipping for Domestic orders and shipping is chargeable based on weight and destination for international orders.

Who bears the custom charges?
Customers have to bear custom charges or any other additional duties/charges in case of international shipments.

What do I do if my shipment has been tampered with?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at mail@thenmozhidesigns.com mentioning your Order number. We will do the needful to resolve it at the earliest

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
Every order is shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

How do I initiate Return/Exchange?
You can raise an exchange/store credit request from the quick links on the website. We will process it as per our policies

What should I do in case of the manufacturing defect/damage
product/wrong product?
If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect/incomplete order, kindly share an image/video of the same, and raise it with us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. We request you to send us the order details and images for the item at mail@thenmozhidesigns.com or Instagram. You can raise an exchange request from the quick links on the website. We will arrange a return pickup and ship the replacement once the pickup is done.

What is the pick-up process?
Once we have initiated the process for a pick-up, our logistic partners will pick up the product from your doorstep. It takes us a minimum of 2-4 business days to get the shipment picked up. Please keep the items with tags intact. The pick-up person would come check and pack the product along with the label.

Is the reverse pickup chargeable?
No, the reverse pickup is not chargeable

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product.
Please contact our customer support team in case you want to cancel the reverse pick up of your item. If the item is already picked up by the shipper from your doorstep, we would not be able to cancel the return. You will have to place a fresh order for the product.

When are Returns/Exchanges not possible?
When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns or exchanges are not possible
1. The return needs to be initiated within 7 days including the date of delivery
2. Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged
3. Tags of the items should be intact and not removed
4. Blouse is not cut from the saree -
I would like to ship the return myself to Thenmozhi Designs. How do
I do that?
In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. We will be providing our address in such circumstances

Within how many days would my shipment be picked up?
The return shipment is usually picked up within 2-4 days from the time the reverse pick up has been arranged. You would be notified on the day of pick up. In case of any delay in pick-ups, you can get in touch with the team and do a self-ship. We will be providing our address in such circumstances. We will be able to reimburse only Rs.100/- on the same

Can I exchange a product for any another product?
We will issue a Store Credit for the item being returned to us, once we receive the item and QC it. You can use the credit note to place the order for another item you would like from the website. Please note the credit note is lifetime valid
