When can I expect my order? How many days does it take for delivery?
We ship within 5-10 business days of you placing the order irrespective of the nature of shipping (domestic/International). It takes 3-8 working days to reach after we dispatch in case of domestic shipping and international shipping takes little longer depending on the recipient country.
Can I order through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook?
We accept orders only through website and no other mode will be entertained (WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook)
What is the return Policy?
Returns/refunds/exchanges will be supported only when there is an instance of incorrect/defective product/defective packaging. Please do let us know within a day of receiving the product. Do ensure that the packing is intact and ship it back to us within 24-48 hours. Once we receive the product, we would do a quality check post which we would refund the product amount /exchange and the reverse shipping charges for the respective product.
Do you have a physical store for Thenmozhi Designs?
No, we do not have a physical store.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Yes, all prices shown in site are including taxes. What is not included is the customs duty or a tax/charges that may be levied as per the local laws based on the country that you live in.
Can I reorder/backorder a saree which is sold out?
Unfortunately, we do not take re-orders/backorders. You can send us an enquiry through the product and we will notify you as soon as the product has been restocked.
How to check order status? How to Track Order?
Go to the footer of the website and find 'Order Status' & click on it. You just need to give your Order number and the Email id which you used while placing the order & click 'Track'. You will see complete details of the order with status. If the order is shipped you will see carrier name & tracking number. Either note down the details and to go to the respective website to check or click on the 'Track' button. You will land to the Aftership website where it will ask for carrier name. Select the carrier name which you saw already and then click on it. You will see the real-time status of the order.
What are the shipping charges for domestic and international shipping?
Shipping Charges will be based on the weight and destination.
What are the modes of payment?
You can pay through Online Payment and we don’t have Cash On Delivery facility. We accept payment through major Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI & PayPal. Please note that some of these payment modes may attract additional 3rd party charges which have to be borne by you.
What is the dimension of the saree?
Our Mangalagiri sarees with attached blouse are 6.25 meters in length and approximately 44-45 inches in width.
Who is your courier partner? How do I track my order?
DTDC is our courier partner. A message/mail with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched. Order can be tracked 24 hours after shipment.
Are the products shown on website accurate?
We try to stay as accurate as possible to the original colours as shown in pictures. However due to different screen calibrations, lighting and photography, colours may vary slightly from the pictures.
Can I buy blouses separately?
We don’t sell blouses separately.
How to view my order history?
To see your previous order, you must have an account with us. Create an account on the checkout page by checking/ticking 'Create an account?' option just after the billing address. If you already have an account with us, then you will have the option to log in while checkout.
